After the global launch of Re: Memento – White Shadow, many players have been asking for a reroll guide. I previously made one for the KR server, but since the global version has a few changes, here's an updated and accurate guide to help you get started strong.
📑 Table of Contents
🚫 Can You Delete Your Account to Reroll?
Unlike the Korean server, the global version does not allow you to delete your account in-game. So to reroll, you'll need to use a new email each time.
Don’t worry—it’s still manageable, and I’ll walk you through it step by step.
⏱️ How Long Does Rerolling Take?
Each reroll session takes around 10–15 minutes, depending on whether you skip the story or not.
If you're in a rush, skip the cutscenes to speed things up.
🕹️ Step-by-Step Reroll Process
When you enter the game, just follow the tutorial as usual. (Story scenes can be skipped if desired.)
After you receive Jeremiah and go through some early story scenes, you’ll reach the ruins and unlock your mount.
A bit later, Theodore joins your team and you’ll enter your first domain. At this point, you’ll be able to turn on 2x speed and auto battle, which makes things go by a lot faster.
There’s a short puzzles you’ll need to solve after your first fight in the domain.
They're quite simple It’s simple, for the 2nd one just interact with the bottom-right pillar first, then the top-left one.
That unlocks a boss fight, and after you defeat the boss, you’ll be able to access your mailbox and unlock the gacha system by speaking to Yuri.
🎯 Who to Reroll For

👉 Re: Memento Global PvE & PvP Tier List
Here are the best units to target when rerolling:
Now, for the most important part—who should you reroll for? to keep it simple, your number one target should be Ferrancy.
She’s arguably the best support in the game, great for both PvE and PvP. Her speed buffs and MP generation are unmatched, and she fits into nearly every team.
She is a Light element unit, though, which makes her a bit rarer—so if you're rerolling, she’s absolutely worth going after.
Another excellent option is Diana,
who’s just as strong and arguably easier to pull. Pair her with Serie and you’ve got one of the best support duos in the game. Diana’s value in PvP is huge—she reduces enemy speed, lowers ult cooldowns, increases ally damage, and even cuts MP costs. You really can’t go wrong with either of these two.
If you can’t pull Franccy or Diana, don’t worry—Beatrice and Xeon are great backup options with strong utility.
And if you want to start with a good DPS, Isania and Chesha are solid choices worth aiming for.
So that’s the updated reroll process for the global version. Hopefully this clears things up and gives you a better idea of how to get started on the right foot. Let me know who you ended up pulling!
After claiming your mailbox rewards, you’ll have 41 standard pulls and 10 summons on the limited banner. If you get the character you’re aiming for, great—you’re done! But if not, you’ll need to log out and prepare to reroll again.
If you don’t get the unit(s) you want — time to reroll!
✉️ How to Reroll with One Email (Salted Email Trick)
Since the global version doesn’t allow you to delete your account, the easiest workaround is using salted emails.
This method lets you use the same Gmail address to create multiple game accounts that all funnel back to your original inbox.
🔹 How it Works:
Let’s say your email is:
mainemail@gmail.com
You can make variations like:
- main.email@gmail.com
- ma.inemail@gmail.com
- mainemail+1@gmail.com
mainemail+2@gmail.com
These variations still direct emails to your main inbox, but Re: Memento sees them as new accounts and treats them as separate accounts.
This way, you don’t need to manage dozens of new email accounts—just reroll using a new salted variation each time.
It’s quick, safe, and super convenient. Good luck on your pulls!
