Backstory
Like many Half-Elves, Eugenia was born into the transmutation order known as the Crownseekers, a faction devoted to the study and refinement of the body. Yet she stood apart from her kin. Where others surrendered to instinct and indulgence, Eugenia chose control. Rather than be ruled by desire, she sought to master it.
From the tides of her own blood, she forged power—shaping instinct and longing into a blade of arcane energy, and training relentlessly in the art of the sword. Her discipline was so absolute that, despite her youth, she rose to the rank of Suprema, the effective leader of the Crownseekers.
Through mastery of radiant blade techniques and enchantment, Eugenia advanced by pure merit. More than that, she spread her creed of restraint and endurance throughout her order. Under her influence, a culture once consumed by primal urges began to cultivate patience, refinement, and control.
Now, with the Crownseekers’ stronghold—the Citadel of Change—reduced to ruin by the Rift Crisis, Eugenia offers both sword and sorcery to its restoration. Upon this path, she carries two unwavering vows:
Devotion to the Human God.
The rebirth of the Crownseekers.

Eugenia is a new half-elf 4-cost support with a very straightforward but highly efficient buffing kit centered around Soul Resonance. Her main skill applies Soul Resonance to a single ally for 2 rounds, increasing their Aggro Adjustment by 50 and since they scale of HP they can safely take hits while benefiting from a +20% Melee/Ranged ATK buff at Lv.10. What makes this buff special is that it scales with the ally’s Max HP, meaning high-HP units gain significantly more value and can convert their tankiness into real offensive power.
When equipped with her signature weapon, Soul Resonance becomes much stronger. The buffed ally gains an additional +20% Crush and Slash Boost, while Eugenia restores 30 AP every 2 rounds, improving her rotation consistency. More importantly, the Max-HP-based ATK buff is further amplified by Eugenia’s own HP — for every 200 Max HP she has, the final ATK increase is multiplied by 10%, up to a 100% bonus when she reaches 2000 HP. This makes stacking HP on Eugenia extremely valuable and turns her into a powerful enabler for tanky carries.
On top of the ATK buff, Soul Resonance also grants Crit Rate From her signature weapon based on the amount of ATK it provides. In practice, this usually results in around more than 20% free Crit Rate even for characters that do not scale with HP, making her one of the easiest ways to fix Crit requirements for bruisers and frontliners.
Eugenia also provides consistent additional Immaterial Damage. The buffed ally deals bonus damage when attacking, and if they are hit, the attacker takes reflected Immaterial Damage that scales with the ally’s Max HP and the damage they lost. This allows tanky units to convert incoming damage into offensive pressure without losing tempo.
Her Ultimate further supports your carries ( with Soul Resonance effect) by granting AP and adding an extra Immaterial Damage trigger to Soul Resonance, increasing both their DPS and rotation speed. Meanwhile, her second passive converts her Max HP into Magic ATK and boosts her own Immaterial Damage, giving her meaningful personal Damage contribution despite being a support.
Overall, Eugenia is a low-cost, high-value buffer who excels when paired with high-HP bruisers or tanks that can fully utilize Soul Resonance’s scaling and damage reflection to increase your team overall DPS.
Eugenia’s best-in-slot Stigmata is Reckoning of Sin, as it perfectly complements her support playstyle and helps her cycle buffs faster. The 2-piece effect increases AP Recovery by 4%, improving her rotation consistency, while the 4-piece grants 30 AP at the start of combat and applies [Price of Sin] on hit, reducing the target’s Elemental DEF by 200 until they are struck again. This gives your main carry a small but reliable damage amp.
For substats, your top priority is stacking Max HP until you reach the 2000 HP threshold to fully maximize her Soul Resonance scaling. After that, focus on AP Recovery to maintain smooth buff uptime. Everything else is secondary. If you do not have the full set, SS Reckoning of Sin works as a solid budget alternative.
Regarding teammates, you generally do not want to build HP on your DPS units just to gain more value from Eugenia’s buff — the damage loss is not worth it. However, for true tanks or HP-scaling bruisers such as Kilon, Osla,Platina,TX, and Kaul, stacking Max HP is ideal since it both improves their survivability and converts into additional offensive value through Soul Resonance and her Immaterial Damage reflection.
Recommended Teams ( WIP )
You generally shouldn’t build a team around Eugenia. The game already has very strong main carries, and at the moment there isn’t a top-tier DPS that fully takes advantage of her HP-scaling buffs. However, tanks and bruisers benefit a lot from her kit, gaining a noticeable damage increase while becoming even harder to kill, which makes her very fun to use.
She shines the most in “dopamine” auto teams. Pair her with Bella (preferably with her weapon) to stack more Max HP and sustain, then add a strong tank and let the team run on auto. Alternatively, you can run her alongside a tank plus your usual main carry — the tank gets extra offensive value from her buffs while still doing its primary job.
Below are some example team ideas and the best tanks to pair with Eugenia to maximize her value.
