The designated target cannot be hit with a standard Weakness Attack by this skill.

Upon attack, temporarily increases Crit DMG by 10% for every INT exceeding 6, and if the target has [Volt Mark], reduces their Electric DEF by 620 until the end of the turn. This attack is treated as a Weak Point Attack, and temporarily increases ACC by 300%.

Skills Priority

Kalma is a bit easier to build since all of her passives are already maxed. Your main priority should be leveling her Ultimate, as it is her biggest source of damage. With only a 1-round cooldown, the Ultimate can be used frequently since you need to get the 5 stacks and also wait for the cooldown, you should also invest in leveling her other skills and basic attacks. This ensures you have strong options to use during downtime while waiting for skill cooldowns to refresh.
